Shipping policy

We make every effort to get parcels to you as soon as possible! All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on a business day.

Please note that there may be longer delivery times depending on your location during the sale periods or holiday seasons, please allow additional business days for dispatch.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping will take 2-10 working days to be delivered.

Express Shipping will take 2-6 working days to be delivered.

International Shipping

Standard International Shipping will take 7-29 days to be delivered. 

Public Holidays

No parcel deliveries will take place during public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order by clicking the link in the email, or going directly to your account (you will receive a tracking number #). 

Custom and Duty charges

Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes/ COD fees. Unfortunately, since we don't have any control over these charges, we can't cover them for you.
